Appellation : Domestic wine from Catalane's coast

Grape variety : Old Vine Carignan.

Ground : Crest's middle sundeck from rolled pebbles, shales and silica, dominating the Mediterranean sea.

Wine making : Integral grains vinifcation after manuel picking. Bunches of grapes are entire, the grape is keeped for juice extraction.

Tasting : The wine must be decanted before tasting. Intense ruby colour. Smeling lightly spicy (pepper touch) and then fruits aroma (morello cherry). Good attack tasting, touch of black cherry, then of scrubland, spicy. Attending tannins but coated. Well balanced.

Garnish : This great wine will accompany a lot of meals, sauced meals and games. Il will be well-liked with refined cheeses.
